Any Mom’s out there get high blood pressure like me, just from the school car line?? Now I will admit, our car line is so much better than it used to be, but it is still not without its problems. Drop off is pretty easy, get in line and follow it around until you get to the teachers to drop the kids off. This is where the danger begins….it is truly like a real life game of Frogger. My anxiety creeps up on me at the same speed my car approaches the road. As I’m trying to go left, there are cars coming from the right and the left, some getting in the turning lane, others going straight. You have to wait for the universe to align before taking your chance and darting out to the far lane. Then, and only then, can you breathe a sigh of relief that you survived another day of drop off!

This real life video game is a lot like life. Just when you get settled in and think things are okay, you decide (or are forced) to make a change and this is when the real life game of Frogger takes place. Should you stay or should you go? Anxiety and panic creeps in, but instead of getting all wound up about it, maybe we should Fully Rely On God. Take a deep breath in with Jesus and have his spirit calm you down. Rely on him and he will make a way where there is no way.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
